ગુજરાતી:

કુટુંબમાં પેટા ભાગ હોય તો
જો કુટુંબ નંબરમાં પેટા ભાગ હોય, તો મુખ્ય નંબરમાં દાખલ કરો. એક જ કુટુંબ નંબરમાં એકથી વધુ દાખલ કરી શકાશે. ઉદાહરણ: 226A, 226B
પરિવારનો વડો (મુખ્ય સભ્ય)
પરિવારનો વડો તરીકે પરિવારનો સૌથી વડીલ જીવિત સભ્ય ગણાશે (Oldest Living Member).
ફોર્મ કોણ ભરી શકે?
ફોર્મ પરિવારનો કોઈપણ સભ્ય ભરી શકે છે. પરંતુ ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે પરિવારના તમામ સભ્યોના સંબંધો મુખ્ય સભ્ય (પરિવારના વડા) ને આધાર બનાવીને જ દાખલ કરવાના રહેશે.

The head of the family will be considered the oldest living member of the family.
Who Can Fill the Form?
The form can be filled by any family member. However, while filling the form, all family relationships must be entered with reference to the primary member (head of the family).
